This sauce is a keto dream. It’s so rich it belongs in the 1%! Great over roasted chicken, pasta, or as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 c. Heavy Cream (1 pint)
1 c. Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
2 tsp Garlic, minced
4 c. Parmesan, shredded or grated
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Preparation:
Measure out all your ingredients before you begin cooking.
Warm butter and cream together in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to simmer.
Stir in garlic and whisk for 30 seconds.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese, salt, pepper.
Whisk until cheese melts completely and the sauce is smooth.
Serve immediately.
